This service is available to everyone that has already had an initial consultation and follow-up. Additional follow-ups serve a great way to continue to receive support, guidance, expertise and encouragement beyond the duration of your initial package.

Follow-up Appointments

Follow-up appointments take place 4-6 weeks after our initial consultation or any previous follow-ups. Lasting approximately 45 minutes, here we will assess your progress, celebrate your successes, and address any concerns or further questions you may have. If tests have been undergone I will review and guide you through the results, and together, we can develop new goals.
