With The BLUEPRINT
we will work together, 1-to-1 over
the course of 10 weeks to:
Assess your current diet and lifestyle choices and monitor how these are impacting your blood sugar, energy, mood and wellbeing
Implement changes to help you understand and regain control of your blood sugar and health. You will receive step-by-step guidance on what foods and activities to focus on or minimise (and why), recipe ideas, and “hacks” to help make decision making easier and keep your blood sugar steady
Rediscover intuitive eating by nourishing your body - restoring your default ability to eat only when you’re hungry, and stop when you’re not - making dieting a thing of the past
Track your blood sugars using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) so that we’re able to see the positive effects the changes you’re making are having on your blood sugar, in real-time
You will have access to support, guidance and answers to any questions in-between our 1-to-1 sessions, so that you never feel like you’re alone on this journey
