With The BLUEPRINT

we will work together, 1-to-1 over

the course of 10 weeks to:

  • Assess your current diet and lifestyle choices and monitor how these are impacting your blood sugar, energy, mood and wellbeing

  • Implement changes to help you understand and regain control of your blood sugar and health. You will receive step-by-step guidance on what foods and activities to focus on or minimise (and why), recipe ideas, and “hacks” to help make decision making easier and keep your blood sugar steady

  • Rediscover intuitive eating by nourishing your body - restoring your default ability to eat only when you’re hungry, and stop when you’re not - making dieting a thing of the past

  • Track your blood sugars using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) so that we’re able to see the positive effects the changes you’re making are having on your blood sugar, in real-time

  • You will have access to support, guidance and answers to any questions in-between our 1-to-1 sessions, so that you never feel like you’re alone on this journey
